Design and realization of the prestigious spaces within the IRO building in Châtillon, including two reception halls, a café, a restaurant, meeting rooms, a wellness area, and landscaped terraces.
Breaking away from the conventional design of an office building, this architectural project reinterprets the spatial sequence of a Parisian townhouse, from its entrance and grand staircase to its living room, dining room, and garden.
Each space is bathed in natural light through large windows that open onto exterior views of the gardens. The use of cerused oak and copper, dressing both the custom furniture and the wall finishes, creates an atmosphere that is soft, refined, and welcoming. Constellations of glass pendant lights bring rhythm to the volumes and highlight the generous ceiling heights. The furniture, lighting, and décor, all carefully selected, feature clean lines and muted tones that ensure aesthetic harmony throughout.
Through meticulous attention to detail and a thoughtful balance of materials and colors, the project delivers a contemporary, elegant, and functional work environment, offering its users a distinctive and serene experience.
