RIO

Feasibility study for the reception hall of an office building located in Paris. Covering 250 m², this space integrates multiple service offerings within a harmonious and welcoming environment, fully redesigned to provide an experience that is both aesthetic and functional.

Project RIO immerses visitors in a refined universe inspired by the elegance of high-end Rio hotels of the 1950s. Noble materials, meticulous detailing, light effects, and tropical plants create a cozy atmosphere with warm tones, blending timelessness and contemporary style.

The hall was conceived as a genuine living and interaction space for the building’s occupants, offering a range of services that respond to the evolving needs of modern office environments:

– A reception desk, serving as a central reference point and structuring element of the space.

– A concierge area with lockers discreetly hidden behind a library.

– A coffee corner for relaxation or informal meetings.

– A self-service reading area offering a selection of magazines.

Comfortable lounges, furnished with pieces from design houses, provide ideal spaces for waiting or impromptu meetings. A landing area with a large connected table and a projection screen is designed for occasional work or collaborative sessions.

This project embodies a contemporary vision of corporate reception spaces, where design, comfort, and functionality coexist within an inspiring setting. The renovation repositions the hall as a strategic space, simultaneously a place for reception, interaction, and representation.
