Design and realization of the premium interior spaces of the Hopen Tower, located in the heart of La Défense. This high-rise building is currently undergoing refurbishment.
A timeless and unconventional material for the interior architecture of a tower, brick served as the guiding thread of this project. Presented in various forms : white, glazed, engobed, flamed, wood-like, or even in glass ; it lends a unique and elegant character to the spaces.
The reception hall offers hotel-like services in a high-end setting, featuring waiting lounges, an extensive decorated library, and custom-made furniture. Every detail was carefully considered, from the interplay between large mirrors and ribbed metal panels to the transparency effects of the mashrabiya screens and tinted glass, creating a space filled with abundant and pleasant light.
Inspired by the shape of a seashell, the auditorium can accommodate up to 195 people and provides optimal acoustics through the use of perforated bricks. This combination of formal architectural principles and high technical performance delivers an immersive experience for conferences and other events.
On the 23rd floor, the meeting center includes refreshment areas, lounges, and several fully equipped meeting rooms designed to meet the new demands of modern work environments. These soundproofed spaces, accommodating between 3 and 20 people, blend comfort and professionalism within a refined and pleasant setting.
On the same floor, a restaurant and bar enhance the service offering with 163 seats. Infused with a chic, oriental ambiance, this space invites guests to enjoy both gastronomy and relaxation in colorful, comfortable lounges while offering stunning views over Paris.
A true wellness cocoon, the floor also includes a yoga and fitness room, a massage area, a hairdresser, and breastfeeding tents. Users thus benefit from a work environment offering a full range of services, catering to both leisure and personal care needs.
